We offer free delivery on all orders in Denmark. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days to your chosen parcel shop. If you want delivery directly to your door or mailbox, you can choose home delivery at checkout for 39 DKK. We ensure safe and efficient delivery.

How do I ensure that the quality lives up to what you promise?

Chache Cph is registered with the Danish Precious Metals Control Board, which guarantees that our jewelry meets the highest quality standards. All our jewelry is stamped with 'SMS' , which confirms its authenticity, as well as '925' , which is the designation for sterling silver.

In addition, our jewelry is 100% nickel-free and gentle on the skin. It does not cause allergic reactions unless you are allergic to real gold or silver – which is only the case for a very few.

How do I exchange a piece of jewelry if the size does not fit?
