PRICES

In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do in the matter - e.g., give you your money back or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

Chache Cph accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

DELIVERY

Chache Cph aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the time of agreement. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping to parcel shops is free. Home delivery costs DKK 29.

NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, your package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, which you will be notified about. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember also to get a receipt for dispatch, so we can reimburse your shipping costs. Contact us before you wish to return your product, so that the process will be as smooth as possible.
When returning, complaining, and exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

If a refund is applicable, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE DURING SALES

Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales periods, special offer campaigns, or with special discounts.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Should you regret your purchase, where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. This means you bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to send the item back to us, we can assist with a label, and we will then credit the shipping cost with your refund of the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try on the item, and it should then be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item has extraordinary signs of use or damage other than what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try on the item for 14 days.

REFUND

If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us back. In case of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

To complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with Chache Cph and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
